Kenneth joined Pinnacle in 2010, and his primary responsibilities are designing and modeling sophisticated life insurance planning and private placement investing strategies. In addition to building dynamic models of advanced planning techniques and other stochastic modeling, Ken incorporates his extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment and financial condition of the insurance industry into his in-depth analysis and insights for advisors.
Prior to joining Pinnacle, Ken was the Director of Research & Development at Financial Architects Partners. Ken was previously a senior case design consultant with The Coyle Company in Waltham, Massachusetts and was an Advanced Markets Consultant with Sun Life Financial. Ken has also worked at The New England Advisory Group and AXA Advisors. He has been a speaker at national insurance conferences and has been published in National Underwriter Magazine, Private Wealth Magazine, Estate Planning Magazine and quoted in various industry publications.
Ken graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor’s of Commerce Finance degree from the Desautels Faculty of Management. Ken holds his Life Accident and Health Insurance License as well as his Series 7 General Securities Representative License, FINRA Series 66 Uniform Combined State Law Examination and Series 24 General Securities Principal Licenses. Ken is a CFA charterholder and member of the Boston Securities Analyst Society (BSAS). He also maintains the CLU, ChFC and AEP designations. Ken is a member of the Boston Estate Planning Council and the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU).
Ken lives in Medfield, Massachusetts with his family. In addition to spending time with his family, Ken enjoys golf, martial arts and history.
